When it comes to our lives, we often find ourselves in situations where we feel like we have no control. We worry about the future and what might happen, instead of living in the moment.
Today’s episode is about how to let go of that control, and live life without regrets. For so many of us, we hold on to things that we shouldn't and it ends up costing us dearly. We allow these things to consume us and keep us from living our lives to the fullest - and most of all, simply getting started.
Well, Tyreen Taylor is sharing with you how to get started, release control of situational outcomes and live life with no regrets.
Call me crazy but I really think everybody can live their best life. And best life means whatever it means to you. It doesn't mean you're rich, you're famous and all of that...it doesn't have to be that; it can be [that] you can make it home in time for dinner every day and you can actually unplug, you know? It can be that you're present with your spouse; it can mean you have that business or you get that new contract. Whatever it is, I think everybody can do it...they just sometimes need a little bit of help.
