After business school and a decade spent on Wall Street, Kelly thought there had to be more to life than a terrible commute. She was frustrated with her environment in the workplace despite how much she enjoyed her career. She finally decided to leave Wall Street, but not her passion. 

Kelly began working from home as a virtual assistant, and she quickly found that she loved the flexibility and the freedom to work on her own terms. She was able to continue doing work that she loved, but without the stress of a terrible commute. 

Realizing that as one person she could only get but so much done, she turned her work from home job into a business. Hiring other remote professionals, she was able to grow her business and help other people achieve the work-life balance that they craved, co commute required. 

Kelly's business, Reynolds OBM Agency, is now a thriving success, and she loves being her own boss. She knows that she wouldn't have been able to do it without taking the leap and leaving Wall Street.
