12.11.20 Affirmation

activation declarations 1 1

(Audio Post)

Happy Friday, to all of my fellow MPEs and Millennial Leaders!

I remember being introduced to Dr. Cindy Trimm back in 2009 when I was in a dark period in my life. I was introduced to her book, “Commanding Your Morning” and little did I know the great impact it would have on me.

I started reading the affirmations that accompanied Dr. Trimm’s (now Trimm-Tomlinson) book. Even though I couldn’t see any immediate changes taking place, the more I rehearsed the affirmations, the better my thought patterns became.

I started growing stronger. Psychologically and spiritually.

Eventually, I noticed that as my thoughts began to change, my decisions changed and became wiser. I started making decisions based on the person I wanted to become instead of the person I was.

And affirmations played a vital role in this change!

It’s been slightly over a decade since I’ve incorporated affirmations and declarations in my life and I’m a living witness of the power of our words.

That said, I would love to start sharing some of my favorite activation declarations (often called affirmations) with you.

Whether you see them on social media or come back to the blog every week, I look forward to sharing these life-changing words with you.

Are you ready for our first weekly affirmation? ♥️

Remember to repeat after me and say it like you mean it. ??

“Everything about me is changing for the best.”

Please let me know how this affirmation could be applied to your morning ( or evening) routine in the comments section below??.

Cheers to the weekend,

– Dr. C ♥️
